We create custom pet memorials (urns, portraits, jewelry, etc.).
Design Confirmation: 3-5 business days after you provide materials.
Production & Shipping: 10-15 business days after design approval.
3. Your Responsibility
Upload only:
✅ Your pet’s photos/text (you own rights to them).
❌ No copyrighted or inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to reject unsuitable materials.
4. Custom Product Rules
Once design is approved:
• Orders cannot be canceled (except for defects).
• Revisions cost $20/change (free edits allowed before approval).
Materials:
• Wood/Metal: Natural variations in color/texture are normal.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment: Credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
Custom Products:
Defects? We’ll remake or refund.
Dissatisfied? No returns after approval.
Non-Custom Items: Return within 14 days (unused, original packaging).

7. Liability

• Emotional distress or lost profits.
• Products used for non-memorial purposes.
